If you were at the show please tell me what you thought! How were the hosts, the bands, the venue, and the prizes? Please give me your personal review of the show or rate it on a scale of 1 - 10 and give me some reasons.
it was blank281's first time playing in st. louis/pop's. we popped our cherries just on the sheer excitement of hanging with some pretty fuckin rad kids. first off, john mancuso rules. his professionalism and graciousness made us feel right at home – a totally hip dude. then there's all these great bands we got to share the stage with: underwater bear; bamf; hereafterthis; left on empire; and at the wall!
it was quite awesome to see these kids shred, see them support each other, and be totally cool to us. the 3 of us remarked on how special the scene was saturday night. we commented that when we were kids growing up, our shows would be in church basements, friends' garages, backyard birthday parties, and on, and on. how hip it was to see kids have a place like this to perform. and then a place where there friends WANT to come see shows. it was awesome.
b281 can't say thank you enough to the reception we received, the compliments that flooded, the cool fans who hung with us after the show! as we said (and sincerely meant), support stlpunk, come out to the shows, and support your local bands because they all kick butt (and they all have really good hair too!).

Hosts - Amazingggg. But I love Adam and Britton and have for a long time so I'd think anything involving them as amazing. Bands - Good choices. Variety of styles. Brought in a more diverse crowd. Venue - Love Pop's, as always. Prizes - Realllllly good prizes. I may have cried if I had landed on "One free soda" but it happens ha
But for real, Mancuso... You did a great job... Definitely a good show For a local show, I'd say a 10. For shows in general, 8 or 9... Just because nothing could ever beat my shitty pop punk boy bands that I love oh so much.

I'll make the impossible a possibility.
Adam's cover made me laugh. He was fun. I didn't care for any of the other bands, except maybe Bamf, but I found them iffy also.
The hosts did a great job for sure. Kept the energy going.
Pop's is an ok venue... It is kinda out in the middle of nowhere so by far not my favorite, but for the show, it fit just fine.
The prizes were top notch and given out fairly. I liked mine so I have no complaints there.
It was nicely put together and there was a larger show up than I expected, over all effort I give a 10, music ranges from 2-10, hosts 9 1/2, venue 8, prizes 10.
I was just there for the titties and the booze though....

bamf was hella sweet! i had a good ass time.. jeez going to a local show like that sure brought back memories. it had been a while but me and my friend decided that we have to go to more now :)

I'd give the show a 10 definitely. There's nothing at all I feel like I can complain about, honestly. Diverse, interesting bands. Great hosts. Great setup. Awesome prizes. And the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Kudos, can't wait for the next one.
